Is it bad for SEO and the keyword if there are the same Alt Text on the same page for a lot (6 to 7) of images?

Anybody test this in the past?

or have issues or better results?

Since, search engines cannot read images... So its our job to tell the search engines 'about' images using Alt tags.

It is advised to add relevant alt tags to the images, it helps the search engines to rank your images for the right keywords.

Use filenames that relate to the image. i.e. use widget123.jpg instead of image1.jpg. The put keywords that relate to the image, text and context in your alt tags and you're good to go.

    Hey buddy,

    Yes it's bad imho
Try to use different keywords on the alt tags (main keyword's long tails is okay), cause the alt tags shows Google what is the page about, and in this case you are telling Google that you have 7-8 Images about the exact same keyword, which is really suspicious.

    Good luck man :chinese:
