How would you start off? i have created a new channel which i have a scheduled release every 12 hours for a new video should i just SEO the crap out of it and just leave them to naturally rank since i have over 800 plus videos. i will be doing, likes, shares, too the 6 Facebook accounts i have and 15 twitter accounts but other than that leave them? the niche i am in is kinda competitive but only 1 channel dominates the first page they have ruffly 500k+ subs

Nowadays it's all about channel authority. if you create a brand new channel and just upload a video you can boost it however you won't, it will most likely not rank.

how would you go about launching a new channel? TBH i don't have the funds to boost etc so i don't mind waiting a couple months or more too see them bring in a little after all a little x allot of videos is nice pay.
What would you suggest...
Here is what I'd suggest.
Don't do BH on YouTube for one thing. It isn't worth it. They have absolute control over all analytical data. They are too good at tracing BH tactics.
So if you don't want to do BH, you're going to have to do the other crazy thing, which is go White Hat, which means...

I actually do not Do that, I dont over do on these BH, which will easily get my account Banned, and I do not do HR views when the videos are up and running, But thanks for the Tip Tho

That's true. It's tough to find a provider that won't get caught.
HR views are a short term win. Offering value will bring HR views and that's long term.

Search for your kw. See the top video? Open it and see how many views it has, divide by the time it's been there. Do the same for the first few videos and you'll have an average # of views you need to rank.

And of course above you have laid out a clear detail of how acquiring those HR views in bulk on a newly established channel will likely come with some penalties, so many people wanting to compete may do well to envision strictly whitehat approaches and/or provide value as others have suggested.
I believe if OP has the quantity of videos he says, and they are decent quality - why be silly with HR views. Try to keep everything as natural as possible, and gain your natural rank and SEO over time as you continue to upload and build the authority of the channel. This is a longer term approach that can provide lasting revenue. of course it will be important to consider any necessary off-site factors if wanting to also rank in google such as backlinking.
