From what i've heard libertyreserve has a no refund/charge back policy. That been the case if i paid someone via paypal or alertpay and that person then exchanged the money i sent him to libertyreserve would i be able to get a refund or would it be too late since the money is in his libertyreserve account.

edit - i'm no scammer i'm just curious about whether something like this would actually work

And what makes it perfect? People go to jail for fraud similar to this all the time. Of course except the big sharks in the tank.

most scammers use Western Union.. I am totally against any kind of Scam. But that should answer your question if you are curious.

If somebody asks for WU. I simply walk away even if the guy is legit. Only thing i used WU to pay for all my life was xrummer... Its the only payment method in the world that absolutely cannot be tracked.

As for liberty reserve i dont think anybody in there right mind would exchange paypal for either LU or WU

If you use the search feature there are a couple of threads where BHW members talk about prison and prison life. The adjustment period will take some time, but I'm sure you will do fine. Good luck.

This is blackhatworld not a scamming forum. It's people like you that are a disgrace to the online community. How would you feel if you were the one being scammed in this way? Either find some legit methods or gtfo and enjoy your well deserved time in prison.
