Answer me this question: If you found a niche that was a real goldmine, would you go and share it on the forums? Would you make a course/ebook/guide about it? I tell you this, the sharing begins only when the niche is starting to dry. Because as long as it is live and kicking, as long as it is making good money, nobody will want to have additional competition. The sharing and selling of niche related material begins when it is more profitable to make a course about the niche and sell it than to be in that niche. When there's a niche that makes you six figures a month in profit, it attracts the best of the best. The people who get involved in it really know their stuff. They will have more resources than you, better personal connections than you, better software than you. By the time the information starts to leak through to the average joe interested in internet marketing, those other people will be too far ahead to be caught up to. Right now PBNs are hot on this forum. Everyone is sharing info and newbies are trying to jump into the action. But to the real money makers out there PBNs are old news, "been there, done that" kind of news. PBNs have been used by pretty much every half decent SEO since 2010. You want to build a good PBN that ranks? Prepare to spend some dough. And then you still will have to find a profitable SEO niche to use your PBN on. Every half decent niche has people in it with better PBNs than you'll ever have. If you are not ready to drop a few grand to get started, prepare yourself for a big disappointment.
