In my experience, these ones are the most overrated tools. When so called marketing gurus start talking about these stuff, I start feeling itchy because of this cringe situation.
- Semrush (Ahrefs is much better than this. And it shows more than 90% of backlinks, while tools like semrush can show only 20-30% of them)
- Moz (This clоwn fishkin really marketing expert, because he knows how to sell even a horseshít to fancy agencies. Again, use Ahrefs instead)
- Ubersuggest (I don’t know why people use these keyword research tools instead of using Google Keyword Planner)
- Leadpages (paying $50 every month for just a landing page? no thanks. you can use landing page templates on themeforest (I use optimizepress v2 with wordpress 4.8, and it still works fine, no monthly subscription, no other bullshít, I bought it 6-7 years ago), and integrate them with other tools like getresponse/aweber, vwo etc
- Hubspot (its free CRM is nice, but don’t pay a nickel to its other tools. As I said, for landing pages, you can use HTML templates, for email marketing, you can use getresponse. It would be much cheaper)
- Optin Monster (monthly subscription for a popup tool? is this a joke? I recommend Ninja Popups on codecanyon)
