I'm hoping this is in the right area, please (re)move it if needed, but I couldn't find a section on business admin/formation etc I'm just curious as to what way you guys have set up your businesses? For SEO, site flipping etc, I'm looking for info or advice on the best way to form a company for taxes etc and what country to do it in? Is it ok to register a company in a different country than I live and operate the business from? I'd like to get everything right so I don't get any surprises in the mail down the line with a big payment to make. Any and all info is welcome.

depends on your country
That's what I mean, in theory, we can register it anywhere; Im in Ireland, so do I register it somewhere like Delaware to pay no tax, then pay myself from the company as a subcontractor/freelancer? Thereby I will pay tax on my personal income, but the company won't pay any tax because it's based in Delaware. That's just an example, so I wanted to see what way you guys have it set up to get some ideas or inspiration as to what may be the easiest thing to do.

You'll need to learn the tax laws in the country you want to register your business. Choose the type of business entity that will fit your tax strategy.
Then do research or talk to a tax expert in your own country to find out how income is taxed and if you need to pay taxes for owning a foreign business.

When you earn enough you move to a so-called 'tax heaven' UAE/Thailand :)
