    Lol, if enough people drop a spammy backlink on Matt Cutt's blog, then disavow the backlink = get Cutt's blog deindexed?

    It's good for the economy! It will create thousands of new jobs... People working full time to disavow links :rolleyes:

    Creating artificial demand is not good for the economy :) It 's the same thing as having the police come to everyone 's house everyday and break the windows. Hooray! New jobs and a boost to the economy :D The obvious problem is that the money to pay for the new windows the is not some new wealth that descended from the sky, but money that would have been used otherwise.

    This is knows as the "broken window" fallacy.

    That was a joke :p There are tons of other jobs that fall under the 'broken window' thing.
