This is a WordPress Plugin Only which means it HAS to be installed on a Self Hosted WordPress site.

You must have a domain, web hosting and WP installed on your site to be able to use this plugin. It will not work on a Wordpress.com account or any other type of site.

Installed plugin in wordpress blog and tried 3 visitors. Works as described - got 2 G+ likes, the third visit wasn't logged in.

Good documentation, simple to install and use and seller fast to respond to queries.
