How Do I Purchase a Package?
Please contact me on Skype before purchasing in order to clarify which package meets your requirements. The lines are somewhat grey between the packages if you don't understand 3D assets and code line counts.
What Exactly Are You Providing?
I provided Rich 3D Media Ads built in HTML5 powered by Web GL to provide a more immersive and engaging advertising experience for your users.
What Type of Products Can I Link to From HTML5 Ads?
You can link to anything that you would with a static ad. This includes but is not limited to: websites, cpa offers, affiliate products, clickbank, etc.
How Do I Put It On My Website?
The code comes in either a short iFrame with a bit of javascript, or I can provide a javascript shortcode similar to what Adsense provides if the site you are using does not allow iFrames. I will provide implementation support as a part of my service.
What is the Turn-Around-Time (TAT)?
This will be in flux depending on order load. Currently, TAT is around 2-5 working days. This may go up to as much as 2 weeks under heavy demand. If the demand exceeds my capacity and TAT's are exceeding 2 weeks, I will staff up to ensure TAT's are at most 2 weeks.
Are There Any Review Copies?
Given the amount of work that goes into coding and designing each 3D ad, I will only provide review one review copy to Jr. Exec VIP and above with the 3D assets provided by the reviewer.
What If I Want to Have Someone Else Design the 3D For My Ad?
If you already have your own 3D design, or want to have it done on Fiverr that is fine.
If I Have 3D Design By Someone Else, How Do You Integrate Into an Ad?
The accepted file formats are as follows: .dxf, .fbx, .svg, .blend, .max. All of these are standard 3D file formats and any 3D artist should know how to export to them. Please keep in mind the 3D files MUST be UV mapped, with the textures provided.
Do I Need to Install Any Software On My Site to Run the 3D Ads?
No, the ads are developed in HTML5/JS with Web GL technology which is inherent in all of the major browsers (chrome, firefox, opera, edge, IE 9+) as well as all of the mobile browsers of the same type.
What Does "Mouse Tracking Capability" Mean In The Custom Package?
I can code the ad to respond to the user's mouse movements to trigger the advertisement, EVEN WHEN THE USER IS NOT HOVERED OVER THE AD. This helps immensely in grabbing the user's attention to the ad and increasing CTR's.
Can I Put a CPA Ad or Adsense In the 3D Ad?
I haven't tried this yet, but I suppose it could be done. You would do this at your own risk.
What is the Difference Between the "Basic" and "Custom" Packages?
Currently, I am developing a standard library for the "Basic" templated package. An example of a basic ad would be the demo ad in the upper right hand corner. An example of a "Custom" ad would be the Apple Watch ad in the bottom right hand corner of the demo page. Basically, If I don't already own the assets, or if the 3D and functionality is beyond state machine capability and requires custom code, and if the 3D object is not a basic primitive (cube, sphere, etc.) the ad will fall under "Custom". This is the only way I can provide the "Basic" package at such a low price for the work it takes.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Given the nature of the work, I cannot offer refunds if I have started work. In the event that my workload piles up too much to complete the work, and for some reason I cannot staff up to cover demand, I will issue refunds on any work that has not been started exceeding the 2 week maximum TAT.
Where Can I Use These Ads?
You can use 3D Rich Media ads anywhere you can put an iFrame or HTML/Javascript. As the web is adopting HTML5 rather quickly, more options will open up in the near future. For example, Facebook will be allowing HTML5 WebGL ads soon.
