I was just watching a program, by no means relevant but an idea popped into my head. The way technology is going, we will probably be implanted with nano chips in the near future without our knowledge. This is just some random thought that popped into my head, to an extent rather laughable but at the same time maybe not? That would suck big time. The future is full of endless possibilities.

What scares me is that, in 15 years, the internal combustion engine will be dead. And cars will be driving themselves. So the thrill of driving on the road with my brain, hands, and feet, 1uping traffic, will be gone to a computer. The sound of a big ass W12 engine revving will be replaced with the silent drone of an electric motor.

I'm not worried, buy a garage and keep those babies in it. Use them whenever you want, I doubt they will make it illegal, at least not in the near future.

On the other hand it's rather interesting what life will be like in 15 years time...

Read some years back about vaccines containing nano-chips. If that's true what you thought to is unfortunately an ongoing process.

I would be scared much mroe from economical view rather than tech one.
It is from few times we see both Eu and USa to be struggling with their economics. There are people really starving and people really struggle to keep their houses.
I believe that right now we are talking big economical and cultural changes are happening all around the world-nations. It is like playing chess between all nations.

Yah I think about this to sometimes. Often whenever I think about it, I always feel like the best way out is suicide if I can make it fast enough. I don't want to be living with microchips implanted in me and being tracked, controlled, or w/e the fuck they want. Silent drone cars you control with your feet n shit? That sounds extremely boring. Does not look implementable in 15 years.

Yeah it's pretty crazy thinking what humans will be like in the future and how we'll live. Joe Rogan always talks about this stuff on his podcasts, which opens new doors with how we look at life, the universe, etc... Skynet is coming, the only question is will it be in our lifetimes. We live in a really "comfortable" era where there is plenty of resources left and haven't reached a technological threshold (machines being self-aware) where we can't go back from. Sure there is stuff we've created like nuclear bombs and deadly viruses, but they are still controlled/isolated by us. Once we no longer have the power to make those decisions...we're screwed.

Our kids won't have the same childhood as ours, where we would be outside but now kids slowly are using IPhones snuck inside all the time. Kinda sad really

I spend all day with my laptop. I'm afraid one day, my daughter will be born with an iPhone in her hand.
