Expressvisits.com is launching a new JV program.

JV Program: The FlippinG JV

Goal: To Sell Sites in Flippa
Features:
- Traffic 100% sponsored

Things that you need:
- A website that you are willing to sell
- Verified Seller Flippa Account
- Adsense Account (optional)

Conditions:
- 70/30 spilt to cover long-term traffic costs
- Domain must be transferred to us under our possession
- Money will be reimbursed to our account first, before we send you your share

That was an old JV, and won't be coming back anymore. This JV is also as popular and almost full as well.

I'm new to this and have some question about this JV

1. "70/30 split to cover long-term traffic costs" => Who get the 70?
2. "Domain must be transferred to us under our possession" => Have to transfer the domain to you before list on Flippa?
3. "Money will be reimbursed to our account first, before we send you your share" => How the Flippa money send to you if it is my Flippa Seller account?
4. Is there profit 70/30 after Flippa fee?
5. If a brand new Domain and WP site, how long can it be list on Flippa after JV with you?

Hi mate,

No worries, appreciate that you took the initiative to clarify your doubts.

1. The first option is normally referred to self. So 70 will be for us to cover long-term traffic cost, which also contribute largely in fetching high value for your site.
2. Before the start of the JV.
3. A new Escrow contract can be created separately. Also understand that this way it negates the "success fee" discount. Have a technique to handle that.
4. We only do the sale if the site can hit a minimum of 5 figures, therefore there will still be profit after "success fee".
5. Minimum 2 months, and already receiving good organic traffic flow.

I have site that i want to sell along with fb page (4000+likes)..its a travel site one year old..and i have never worked on the site..but i don't have Verified Seller Flippa Account...how much can i get of it..its 0 PR non functional site...

So assuming the site never reaches 5 figures, you just keep the domain and we lose our website?

Also, are there any conditions for the website? I mean what's the incentive for the guys on flippa to buy the site? Are you going to flood this site with traffic to make it look extraordinary popular?
Should we put ads from your suggested ad networks up on it so we can generate some revenue and post that in the auction text, too?
I'm just trying to understand which part here is the one supposed to convince people to buy the website. The traffic coming in, or the website design + revenue it's generating (provided your traffic actually clicks on the ads)?

I have a 16 year old, PR 8 adult domain I've been looking to sell. Appraisal value is 64k. I'm not interested in anything else and will not transfer this domain out of my possession.
