A domain like that is a collector's item. It could be very hot a hundred years from now. Right now everybody knows the name of the first US black president so find something else. For instance something related to FIFA world cup south africa 2010 may be.

You should try and en cash them sooner....I do not think they will have much value after the hype surrounding the elections have died down...
