It's not an error, it's a Facebook feature, so there's no need to fix it :)) Actually, I think it's only temporary and everything will go back to normal soon. I've had this happen to me quite a lot too.

Currently, according to my personal experience, try to pay as many successful bills as possible and then ask to raise the threshold
 
Go ahead and spend, and once you've successfully paid all your bills, ask the support team to review and increase your threshold. Please use a different proxy for each account. If that doesn't work, log out of your account and switch to another account
