If you haven't seen the noob tutorial where I display how to check the basics of an expired domain in a 22 minute commentary video, you can check that here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...de-how-find-high-da-expired-domains-free.html

Sorting through 12,000 domains isn't an easy task, but this is generally what I do and hopefully you can learn from it.

Before we start, these domains all have some sort of DA80+ do follow link, so I know they all have link juice. It's just a matter of finding the best link juice.

First, say the domain buyer lives in Canada, or if I'm creating a PBN for a Canadian business, I will cut the domains down to .ca only. That will leave me with 500-1000 .ca domain names.

Secondly, I check them by trust flow. While trust flow can be inaccurate and should never be used as a requirement when looking at a domain, I'm too lazy to check the backlinks of all 500+ domains, so I need a metric to help narrow down my selection. This will help me sort through a lot of them and make my life easier. I then look at all the domains with TF10+. Sometimes I'm more lenient depending on how many domains I have and how many I need. A TF10 domain isn't always better than a TF8 domain

Thirdly, I sort this list by referring domains. Less than 10 referring domains can still be a good domain, but it just doesn't have the reliability of a domain with 50 referring domains. I want to be sure that if a couple links are deleted, I still have something left. Citation Flow will help you with unique C-class IPs. That is a major factor in citation flow.

Now, with the list sorted, I can simply take this list of 18 high quality domains and manually check their backlinks for diversity. Normally, I take the domains with the most referring domains in this remaining list, given their diversity, anchors and spam history is up to par.

This process takes me from 12,000 domains down to just 10 domains that are perfect to build a rock-solid PBN network. If you have the resources to make it happen, this is everything you need.

For more noob-friendly info, here's the video I mentioned earlier:
