The dubtube Mansion

Now keep in mind that this idea is kind of out in the open, and I'm looking to hear peoples' thoughts on it.

What if there was a mansion that blackhatters ONLY could rent a room at. I'm talking about a deluxe "castle" of sorts, with enough space for everyone. This could even be a summer home for sorts, but the main idea is that you have a really, really, really nice place to stay.

I was SERIOUSLY thinking about doing this within the next 6-10 months or so. Obviously nothing is set in stone, but if this is something you would ever be interested in, please post with your feedback.

Obviously not every black hat world member would be able to reserve a room.. it would be open to select members, there would be an application process, etc.

 

Someone would have to be a great organizer. Take down payments, and have a waiting list just in case someone bails. Sign contracts as well with everyone living there.

Just a thought....but a timeshare set up would prob be a better and more cost effective idea.

I tried with short notice (<1 month before) which didn't generate enough interest. I plan to try again in the future with ~ 6 months advance notice so people can plan accordingly and make it happen.
