I got about 100 views and just 3 clicks.What should I do?More videos?More accounts?Or anything else?

Yep , if you only have 1 vid it won't take you far. Get more accounts and vids up till you have thousands of them preferably then you should start seeing some great traffic.

100 views on a video is nothing... You need like 5000+ to start to see any kind of decent earnings. and that is just a start
