Given that you have specified niche, geo or any other info, it's difficult to give you an answer. You shouldn't just be looking for cheap banners if the website has no relevant traffic, or traffic at all.

In that case look for place where crypto people gather - You have BHW, some subreddits, Telegram ads. You should probably know better where to find them.

Then I think the best for you would be advertising with websites related to this, maybe someone on youtube that talks about crypto, or maybe a crypto news website... there are lots of places in the internet where people discuss about this subjects, you just gotta start looking and contact them all... then you can take your own decissions and go with the cheaper option
