I've heard of some of you who shop around for domains that are dead and up for sale that have either some PR or a lot of quality backlinks that can be 301'ed.

How can I look for these kind of domains? And do any of you ever do this?

Most the Godaddy ones look to have been taken down to PR0, though they of course still have their backlinks. Is there a way I can shop for domains for sale by PR or by the number of backlinks... anywhere or any WAY that that can be done?

You can take a look at websites such as dropday. I've also purchased domains from tbsolutions info before and he's good

You can filter through godaddy auctions, snapname sales, SEDO, expired domains that are open for registration and a few other sources. There are a few threads floating around about how to squeeze some great domains out of that site.
