    Hi,

What would be the The best way to deal with fake and bad reviewers on G places ?

Are there any way to remove them, or track the IP address ?

Anything besides reporting them to google ?

I was unable to find something so far that would give an answer for that ?

    Thank you!!

In general: Balance them with organic positive reviews (give satisfied customers a reason to write about their experience and lead them to g-places).

I would not spend much effort on the negatives.

If they are badly made ("spammy"), the large majority of visitors will ignore them anyhow. Same goes for extremely outlandish claims, if they stand in contrast to legit good reviews.

"Reasonable" bad reviews are probably what can hurt the most. But its exactly those you can do almost nothing about. So just balance them.

Having them has its positive sides too. A 100% positive portfolio of reviews raises concerns in visitors. They start do doubt that those reviews are genuine. See it that way: If there were no fake bad reviews done for you, you would eventually have to do them yourself.

That is 100% correct what you just said. But sometimes, some reviews are so horrible left by the competitor that you'd rather not see them.....

In that case, how would I know who left it or at least gives me a hint, which competitor left a bad review ?
