Someone help me out how to monetize thousands of facebook accounts ( from all countries ) they all have real friends and are real accounts . ( Is there any script how to post on all friends of each account wall post ), I remember once it was a script like that but isn't working anymore .

Not sure how it really work the facedominator but with what I saw it auto creates new accounts and add friends ( I do have accounts with friends )I think that the nearest thing to that you want is facedominator

You'll get banned instantly if you're posting on all friends' wall. Instead, why don't you post on your own wall, or invite them to groups, and post to groups, or even fb pages. Low reach, but it sucks to lose a 1-5k real friends accounts.
Well, you could try monetizing by posting links on your facebook accounts walls. You could buy a hootsuite monthly package and authenticate your all accounts to it. This way you would be able to post on each account from a sing dashboard.
There are many other services also which you can try.
For monetizing, it depends on which niche your accounts are? Are they male or female? Then we do not need to check after posting a link or anything what is the response rate because due to facebook news feed algorithm accounts which are inactive for long time receive less exposure on posts then people who are active.
For merging, I would say that it can be possible but it would be hard to merge them at single time. It would take a lot of time to merge 200 pages.
