IPTorrents and TvTorrents are my favourites. Torrentleech used to be good, but it's hard to get a good ratio and it isn't as active anymore.

IPTorrents has been great since I've been using them. Haven't had any issues so far.

By numbers alone TPB is still the reigning champ, but KAT is right behind and also very good because their system for weeding out bad torrents is better than thepiratebay. Torrentz.eu is nice for indexing verified stuff ...everything else is chump change.
