No such thing, I work or have worked with most, and all shave leads even if unintentionally:

    A. Most software drops a fair percentage even if both the network and merchant is honest.

    B. Some networks do intentionally "adjust" lead amounts.

    C. Even if the network is honest, merchants are notorious for swapping out landing pages where the tracking pixels are aka the old switcharoo. Just replacing the pixel page a few hours a day saves them thousands is commissions they would have had to pay.

Nevarc is absolutely right. The problem exists everywhere.

Having said that, I can tell you where I have had the best and worst experiences.

In my opinion, Az*oogle Ads is the best. I seem to consistently get the best payouts from them, with minimal shaving as far as I can tell.

Roc*ketPro*fit, on the other hand, blows goats.

What about copeac? I have heard decent things from them.

I mean if you were running the exact same campaign on different networks who would you expect the most earnings from in the long run.. There are a few who definetly would be WAY below the others...
Also I think it depends on the offer for some too like CJ...
A few of my zip submits I would fill out as a test, do all the steps etc. and still wouldnt get a commission... = lame

I like COPE*AC. I had one PPC campaign I was running and doing a zip submit.

When I was sending the traffic to CPA Em*pire I was only getting one lead every other day. With COPE*AC I've gotten a few at a time over the course of one day.

Rocke*tPr*ofit varies person by person. Some love them, some hate them.

in my experiences, azoogle is pretty good, and primaryads is also really good, they are quickly becoming one of my favorite networks, they are pretty accurate for me and they have tons of great offers with high payouts. xy7 is pretty good too, but they dont really tolerate any kind of bh stuff so dont get caught there

Copeac has been very accurate compared to other networks for me.. I have done a few comparisons on identical offers between them and Rocket Profit and a couple other networks. I had between 15 and 25% better conversions with copeac.

    Primary Ads?!!? Really??!

I couldn't get shit to convert with them.
I tried. Cuz Shit, they have an arsenal of fucking offers..

Talk about offer paradise, holy shit. But, does me no good since nothing will convert with them.

I know some places for me say copeac, you gotta really read the description for the advertiser (top right corner when you're on their page to get the links). Cause I was testing a new email submit last week, got lots of clicks, no conversions (incentivized) then I realized on the description it says "payout: second page name, last, adderss, zip, state". Originally when I searched I searched for incentivized email submits so, they can be worded differently.

I know for a fact some email submits and zip submits require a LOT more than they say they do on the surface, you just got to test them and see which ones convert because, it's not really the conversion its the action they require you to take to get credit (e.g. zip submit might want their full contact info, an email submit might want them to confirm their email address).

Linkshare shaves, and I can prove it. MarketLeverage does too, and yes again, I can prove it. Motive did to me until I emailed my aff manager and called him out (well, they shave less now).

To be honest... Every network shaves in one way or another. Some will flat out scalp you (Cl*ickbo*oth). If they use Direct Track, then they drop between 8-12% automatically due to shitty tracking. Sometimes the merchant has a built in scrub. Sometimes the lead leaves the confirmation page before the pixel fires.

The only network I use that doesn't shave is E*PN.

    complain to your AM

tell him/her that you ran the same exact offer and the same way with another network and did fine with it but it wont convert for them at all. call them out and tell them, it may or may not help. ive done it in the past, sometimes it did help, sometimes it didnt. it all really depends on how much the AM thinks you are gonna be able to generate. if they think your small time or just inexperienced, or simply dont like you, they wont care if they shave more from you.

All networks shave, even if they don't mean to. Pixels get fubar, cookies get deleted, blah blah blah.

This is why there is blackhat. It evens the odds regardless of the network.

    :)

As to a real answer, I don't have the experience or volume to say x,y or z network is best, but I can say that zoogle and neverblue have never shaved any of my leads that I knew for sure should have gone through. My whitehat stuff.... who knows really.

Copeac ate literally 30% of one offer I ran for them for a while. Even with b/h traffic I just couldn't make that one profitable. I dropped the offer and haven't had any problems with anything since.

Again take this with a grain of salt. I only do a teeeeeensy bit of volume compared to some.

Hydra IMO - I was using clickbooth which I thought was pretty good. When I changed my new campaigns over to hydra i almost doubled my money.

I highly recommend them as they have their own proprietary tracking system.

They are fucking thieves. They shave and do not pay out on 50% of conversions. I completed offers for other cpa networks and they credit in real time. Just reload my stats page and there is the conversion. On roc*ketpr0*fit, damn, they don't even credit it within a few hours or days, they just take the money and say thanks. Their affiliate system is setup to withhold pending conversions and they just delete them as if they never existed.

Also, their affiliate member page layout, stats, and campaign list is one of the worst layouts I've ever seen. Really confusing to navigate, maybe they want it that way.

I see more fluctuation in shaving moving from offer to offer than I do moving from network to network. This leads me to believe that the majority of shaving is on the merchant's end. With that said, there are definitely some differences from network to network. I've had the best conversion rates from:

    Hydra
    Filinet
    Azoogle

However I've never found a network that didn't have any dud offers, and these 3 are no exception.
