The Best Free Webhosting?

I was wondering if anyone knew what the free webhosting servivce is? Sense Yahoo intends on shutting down Geocities later this year.

I used 000webhost . com before i bought webhotel.
I really liked it, tought some downtime.. But downtime on free hostings you find everywhere..

Unless you speak Japanese, these
