    Hey Everyone,

I'm soon to be launching a new financial product in January and need as many affiliates on board as possible and more importantly as quickly as possible.

I have been crawling and verifying a list of potential webmasters to contact within the niche and i now have a healthy list of 20k highly targeted websites/webmasters to contact.

Now the problem is i cannot mass mail them as i only have their website address so i was wondering what you guys thought would be the fastest/cheapest way to contact them all as quickly as possible, ideally i'd like to contact them in a single day, a week would be tolerable but maximum would be within 1 month.

I'm guessing the process will be visit the website and see if there is a contact form, if so post message through that. If not then find an email address and mail through outlook or webmail and if there isn't any contact information flag the site for investigation (more on this in a min).

I can think of a few options but i would love to hear your ideas seeing that a lot of people here think outside of the box :)
    - Use my 3 staff members which will take weeks to accomplish (free but time consuming)
    - Post an advert in the local uni and papers and pay people per hour for a couple of days to come and work in our office (UK based £6 per hour each)
    - Hire VA's from around the world and get people to work remotely (Not sure on cost for just a couple of days work?)

From my experience of doing it manually i anticipate it will take anyone with half a brain to contact 1 website in 1-2min....

    So that's potentially 20,000min (333 hours) - 40,000min (666 hours) of work in total!

    Does anyone have any thoughts???

Also a second question... if there isnt a contact method on the website then how can i get in touch with the webmasters? Ive seen alot of people email me through some kind of whois service or domains by proxy service but i have no idea how they do it or what service online to use to send a mail to them.
Does anyone have a clue about this?

How is using your 3 staff members 'free'? Don't you pay your staff?

Yeah good point, i suppose their not free but there is no additional cost for them to work on this, just the opportunity cost of other work they could be achieving.

Only way you're going to get "legit" affiliates is by doing it the hard way and trying to contact them individually. Sending some spam mail will waste your time.

If you have a product, why not try to get approved as a vendor somewhere? (clickbank, CJ, bluesnap, etc).

That would probably be the easiest way. Have the affiliates come to you.

hey op you can try using a contact form submitter - i am donating one freely to bhw on my 1,000 post.

but mine does not let you take a list of websites - you need to search for the websites within this particular program.

Yeah well like i said i have done alot of the hard work and found the websites that would be perfect for promoting them, highly targeted and dedicated sites to the niche im promoting my product in.

Yes i have thought of places with CJ etc and that is certainly a strategy im going to run, i have another list of these types of places to advertise the affiliate program which i will do manually myself but this thread is mainly for direct marketing to affiliates.

Thats a great idea but shame yours doesnt let you take a list of websites. To speed up the process i could use a autofill form plugin or something for name, email and message etc, this would save time in copying and pasting the info so i could probably get the process down to 1 min per site!

Does anyone have any other ideas of how to fastrack this process?
