The best alternatives to adsense for smaller websites

Hello, whenever alternatives to adsense are given, they usually give other ad sites that can even pay more but for very high requirements, such as: 100,000 per month.
That is why I am looking for options where they accept smaller sites.
So far the best I've found have been Evadad and Optiads, but I don't want to have all my eggs in just two baskets, that's why I ask for recommendations.

Does this site have high CPM rates?
I've seen a-ads before, but they have very low CPM rates.
