Hello, yesterday I've contact facebook about reach and I asked how is possible to promote my page to grow the fans and when I publish some post on fan page I should to promote again to see this post from one part of fans , Is not this redundant ?

The answer of facebook is below:

Thank you for contacting Facebook.

As you must be aware every day there are more users on Facebook, at the same time there are more companies and brands.
The newsfeed experience for users is based on their own choice. If a person likes a Page but do not engage with it, the Page updates will not be shown to this person.

In order to secure reach, you must post engaging content to make sure people like and share what you post.

People must find your Page attractive and it entirely depends on them.

A single Facebook user have more and more friends and follows more and more companies and brands.
To provide best user experience we need to make sure only content in which the user is interested will be displayed on his timeline.

If you have more questions please feel free to contact us.

"Agnieszka" WTF, It's polish name. Has facebook just opened a new branch?

Where did you you write it?

@Topic.

I've had the same problem about reach but right now it's growing up. ;)

Right i see so its completely okay to receive stupid facebook boosted posts , but its not okay to view the posts from the pages that people have actually liked .

I've received many complaints from my fans about the fact that they don't get all my page posts, despite the fact that they are also following the page too.

So you were expecting a reply like " we are greedy we want money or go F yourself " ?

lol users engagement users liked my Page so they are engaged in the first place B****

Since when does facebook answer to their email? This is a joke.

i have no fan page . but i saw that they did some rule

Lol, a shitty answer. Do you believe that Facebook will decrease its impact in long term?

if that must true then the number of likes must be same as before as they were due to engagement of users.......so no point in saying that posts reach to only people who engage.

Thats actually true. Saw an article on TechCrunch about all this. They are just banning pages to be seen on News Feed of fans. Pages are almost dead.

this is not joke and is real answer from facebook if u need screenshoot I can send it PM

I would like to think they will, but honestly I doubt it. I assume this has been the plan for quite a while. Several companies out there have spent years growing their pages, now they have to pay to play. It's pretty lame that that's what it's come to, but you can't blame a company for making money (even though they have a little bit of cash already).
