    Question. What is better. When you send emails from web browser or through SMTP ?

    I heard that if you send from web browser then you have higher success rate - meaning more emails gets in inbox...

    @Dumper

    Sorry, not interested for jv :)

    @affuser
    True, if you are going to send emails from gmail, hotmail, yahoo or any other web mail, they will get to the inbox, unless the email is really messed up, because they are marked as a single message with their own footprint, while emails sent from smtp are marked, mostly, as a bulk mails, and also some mass mailing programs, which do leave their own footprints, are marked as a spamming software so they are less likely to go to the inbox.

    This can be applied to your own SMTP if you set up some web mail on it, but it has to have 100% clean reputation.

    @Starcodes

    Please don't spam.

    Hi Dario,
    First off all, thanks for shearing your knowledge.
    I´m interested in starting an email marketing business in the Dominican Republic. Allready have 2 million emails but it´s a small market so I can´t spend sending each campaigne with mail chimp or other platforms like that. Also, the budget it a little low.
    I´m not sure on what kind of hosting and aplication should I use. I tried a frew VPS hostings but sending is extreamlly slow.

    Any sugestion?

    Sorry about any writting mistakes, jheje.

    How far have you gotten (or heard of anyone getting) with Yahoo, Gmail, etc? I know the limit for Yahoo is 500 a day, but how many accounts are able to do that per ip? I'm going to be testing this soon, just curious of anyone elses findings.

    Hi Mike, yeah could mailing systems are way over priced, the best bet you can go for is dedicated server, if your lists are opt-in, you have nothing to worry about and you can get server from any hosting company. They will ask you for ip justification but if you have a company and valid lists, that will not be a problem, if you can't fill ip justification form, pm me and i'll give you few hosting companies which do not ask for that.

    Then you can pay someone on freelancer or follow up my guide to install everything on your server ( postfix, dkim, spf, ip rotation ) and you have a cheap and quality mailing system.

    @lykathe
    Hi lykathe, limits are usually 100 emails / day if you are sending from a 3rd party software, but you can find a yahoo email creator, create 1000 emails and send 100.000 emails per day for few days until they suspend you :), you can set up email rotation with Atomic Mail Sender, but you will need really strong PC to handle 1000 emails, at last 16 GB of ram, cpu is less important.

    Let's ask the obvious then:

    How do you obtain leads?
    How do you generate a list?

    My method has always been doing PPC and JVs to build my lists. And it works well. But definitely interested in other methods and wouldn't mind testing it either. :)

    ...Is this thread allowed, considering they removed the email marketing section because of obvious reasons?

    Technically, as far as I can judge from his other threads, he is not spamming. He is mailing optin leads. Which makes his methods for getting those leads more interesting imo. :)

    @ExCluSiveG

    1) Buying / trading lists

    2) Doing above :)

    @LakeForest

    Email marketing is most powerful marketing weapon of all time and i don't see why it shouldn't be allowed, spamming is irrelevant thing, what is spamming in one country, it isn't in another. But we can stick with opt-in marketing :)

    Depends if you are going to send opt-in emails, or not.
