The advertising account is experiencing issues.

Some users have reported similar issues after using certain Business Managers. Without judging the quality of any specific provider, it’s often more practical to work with temporary or alternative setups for testing.
You can try submitting an appeal to Facebook first. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, starting with a fresh Business Manager may be necessary, since new ad accounts created under a previously restricted BM can still face limitations.

Yes sir, your Business Manager needs an active account; if your account is locked, you cannot create more accounts.

If the first account you create from that Business Manager is disabled, you won't be allowed to create more, so create all 10 ad accounts at the same time.

keep the BM clean and active for a few weeks, or add an existing trusted ad account instead of creating new ones

Try running the remaining active ad account for 7–14 days with clean, policy-compliant ads, then try creating a new ad account again

after a disable it’s basically a trust problem. best move is to appeal, fully verify the bm, keep things clean and give it time. pushing new accounts right now will only dig the hole deeper

It seems the limitations may be related to creating accounts too quickly and having them disabled shortly after. A better approach is to focus on stabilizing and improving the quality of the current setup first. Make sure the profile and activity look complete and consistent, and avoid expanding too fast. Gradual growth usually reduces extra reviews and helps prevent similar issues in the future.

I think you should contact support to unlock your disabled account. And next time you buy a new Business Manager, you should create all your ad accounts before using it.

If one ad account in your BM10 is disabled, Meta may temporarily block new account creation due to trust issues. Your best options are to appeal the disabled account, complete business verification, or use/add an existing ad account from a partner instead of creating a new one.

Early stability > account quantity

Forcing BM creation after a disable usually kills it completely.

You need to successfully file a complaint against your account first, then you will be able to create a new account.

That’s normal once Meta flags a BM. They see the linked accounts and freeze creation.

You either need a fresh BM with clean accounts or slow down spend and activity on the current one. No magic fix for a flagged BM.

Business Managers may be temporarily restricted from creating new ad accounts if existing ad accounts are disabled or restricted. Meta typically requires all ad accounts in Business Manager to be in good standing before allowing new accounts to be created.

I think because the Business Manager (BM) is still new, Facebook will flag it and the advertising account will be terminated. You should switch to a new account to avoid wasting time.

Just switch to a new advertising account, don't waste time, or better yet, create a new one. Because relying on a single business manager or account is very dangerous, as it can be blocked at any moment.

I bought bm10 to start increasing my daily spending budget, but I've only created two accounts in bm10, and one account is disabled.

Now they won't let me create any more accounts. What should I do now? Can you give me a solution?

You should create a full account before running ads. Because if your account gets banned, you won't be able to create a new one.
