I would agree with the entire list excluding no. 1.
 
Keep your link profile as natural looking as possible, and don't over optimise anchors

Really nice share.
Working with number of customers over the years i figured number #8 should be:

8. Being cheap overall. Saving up on content and design in general. Hiring ultra cheap VA that mess things up...
