That's it, no more homogenized fat free milk for me... EVER!!

    They were serving me this stuff because they don't have whole milk, and I kept drinking it. And I kept wondering why I kept on having so much gas and my farts and burps were smelling and tasting (can you taste a burp?!) like rotten eggs, until when I drank 3 half pint cartons of the stuff on two separate occasions this week. Today is the second. What is this bovine excrement process they call homogenization?!!!

    What the hell is wrong with me that I thought it would be okay to drink this stuff? I should know better. Unhomogenized pasteurized WHOLE milk is the best, sure its protein is useless compared to raw milk, but it's better than nothing. I like the taste of it, because fat is good for the body and the tongue. NEVER have I ever had rotten egg smelling gas when I drank pasteurized whole milk. And NO, I didn't even eat eggs this week. And the calcium and the Vitamin A in this fat free stuff is useless because Vitamins A and D are fat soluble.

    AND NO, I'M NOT LACTOSE INTOLERANT!!! Otherwise I wouldn't be able to enjoy whole milk.

    NO, I won't cite my sources for you for these medical claims. I'm not your goddamn doctor or your college student.

    Coffee, sugar, donuts, sugar, bread, bread, bread, sugar, cookies, sugar, soda, soda, soda, sugar. "Oh, I'm sorry, I can't eat this oatmeal or these grits without sprinkling all these packets of sugar on it, hehe! :eek:" OH MY GAWD!! Can't have soup without bread, can't eat pasta without bread. Bread, bread, bread, bread.

    Not once did I EVER see them serve a bag of nuts, or even just peanuts, as a snack. NO, it was always cookies, Doritos, soda, cake. OH MY GOD.

    "Oh, ewww, I can't eat this salad without that sugar-laden dressing" Grrr.

    Orange juice, they must have their cup of orange juice in the morning. That's in addition to the donuts and coffee they eat. Orange juice... more like diabetes juice. One guy said to me once, "drink it, you'll feel better." I was like dafuq... he automatically assumed I was sick like everyone else, even though he'd just met me 2 minutes ago. I was like "no thanks. not sick." Do these people not understand it's the goddamn sugar that's making them sick in the first place?! Vitamin C, like as if oranges are the only places where you can get Vitamin C from? Hello! SPINACH.

    And they wonder why they're coughing and snorting boogers every day. Get your flu shots here, hot fresh flu shots. Oh my gawd... A conspiracy.

    You people would rather sit there and demand studies and sources rather than just take two weeks of your time and go without eating any sugar, just sugar alone, and see how you feel after that. Hell, compare your blood pressure readings, your cholesterol readings, your resting glucose readings, whatever. I don't get it. Since when is sugar a nutrient that you must have? Vegetables are nutrients, not sugar, not bread. You don't NEED bread. I went an entire year without eating bread and I didn't die or get diagnosed as malnutritient by a doctor when I had my physical.

    How did I go from milk to sugar? Oh well. Merry Christmas. :D

    It's been three days since I've stopped drinking the homogenized milk. Actually I haven't drank any milk. And I can tell you, my flatulence has been virtually cut down by 90%. And when I do have to pass gass, it's practically ODORLESS. And no rotten egg smelling burps either.

    So stay away from any milk that has been homogenized. And stay away from sugar, including fruit. Your body will thank you.

    I am NOT lactose intolerant.

    Oh and stay away from anything "low fat" or "fat free" or "reduced fat." Your body NEEDS fat, especially saturated. And stay away from trans fats and anything fried (come on, really, the unfried version tastes just as good if not better.) Trans fats are the only fats you should avoid, the rest are all good.

    Full fat all the way. Replace sugar with fat. Your body will thank you. Trust me.
