It is working still for me. Maybe it depends on the followers count. I could still tag my followers.

The @Followers tag on Facebook Pages is now mostly non-functional — Facebook has restricted or removed it to prevent spam, so typing it just shows plain text and no longer sends notifications.

Yes, Facebook recently limited the use of @Followers. It no longer works in captions or comments the way it used to, so you can’t tag all followers at once anymore.

It doesn’t work anymore, Facebook removed that feature. Now you can only tag people or pages directly. And "followers" as people already told you

I found that some pages work, some don't. It's also possible that Facebook wants to limit spam or notification abuse, so they temporarily hide this feature. There is no official confirmation from Facebook yet.
