that mean hr views?

hello!
i order from qqtube hr views, almost 3 weeks to get them.
now i wonder, does that called hr views?
i kinda nub in youtube i dont want to make mistake ..

HR stands for High Retention in this case which indicates how much of the length of the given video the viewer watches. I hope it makes sense. The higher the retention is the better it is as high retention normally means that the viewer is interested in the whole video.

 

yes but right now i wish to see if the seller provie me that, i see in side avarge view during = 0:14
while my video is 5 mintue

You should stop using the seller who have provided you those views and look for a new one.
