    What are you trying to sell there? And do you have a previous history there that linked you to another account?

    Maybe ClickBank doesn't allow affiliates from your country. Have you tried changing your IP and select a different one?

    If iI change my ip then how will i receive payments? They also take your banking information.

    Just an idea, but maybe the ip you have right now from your local isp has a previous history of abuse on cb. Try resetting your modem a few times until you get a new ip address, change your browser, and make sure cache/cookies are cleared and try again to get an account.

    Hey,

    I`m having the same error. I`m from Bulgaria, never done affiliate advertising before (just learning it).
    I contacted their customer support and they answered me:
    Unfortunately, you have triggered several flags in our Fraud system and we cannot offer you an account at this time. For security reasons, we are unable to release specifics regarding why the system has declined the transaction.
    This system is in place for our protection and the protection of our clients and we cannot manually override it.

    I thought they just dont like Bulgarians (who does), so I tried registering from a USA proxy, with American name, McDonalds address in the States and American bank and phone - still the same.
    Any suggestions?

    You dont have any website for any of their offer or the website too small for getting leads (no traffic)

    I had the same problem too. Use a mobile to sign up (chrome), it worked for me.

    Try to use Google Chrome, or try with another device! its strange that they dont let you make an account, never had heard that before

    I have the same problem. As usual I get answer from my big brother (Google).

    1. I have closed my internet connection and start it again. ( I use mobile internet ) (this change my ip)
    2. Used different browser. ( I have used chrome before, so I used Firefox)
    3. Removed catch and cookies.
    4. open clickbank login page.
    5. This time I enter my wife's Name instead of mine. Everything, including address is same.
    6. viola. I'm in.

    Ok, I finally fixed it.
    Nothing worked - did at least 30 registrations, with different names, emails, phones, addresses. On phones, PCs, browsers, Wifi/mobile. Contacted 2 different customer services. Did everything - no result.
    Called them yesterday. I got the same response at first. But when I explained my situation very, very politely and showed desperation, today I got an email that my email address has been whitelisted and can try again. Success :)
