I've dealt with the error code before, but not with nulled themes. Even though it's clearly a theme issue, try disabling your plugins to see if it works.

Same here, I'm trying to install a nulled theme to test but it doesn't work. I deactivated the only plugin on my site and tried again but with no success.
After that i searched the same theme on different sites and downloaded a couple of them but none of them worked.
If you find what the problem was be sure to tell me CeaseFireBlack :)

I found a nulled theme with an FAQ that said the solution to this problem is to ask your web host to increase your upload limit to more than 10mb, so perhaps that's worth a try.

I'll see what other solutions I can find.

Have you looked at your host php file upload size limit, the theme maybe bigger than your php upload configuaration. Sounds like your server is rejecting it. Best thing to do is ask you hosting provider to increase your php file upload.

I also had a similar problem with one of the themes. It was a large theme and uploading it through wordpress wp-admin panel returned this error. What solved the problem was manual upload of the files through ftp to my host.
