Once I thought bluehost was the best hosting provider on the planet but now looks like it's a terrible company that make so many bugs in it. Even difficult to connect with the ftp account...

I canceled my account there about an year ago they used to be really good back in the day but over the recent years quality dropped a lot... slow connection, downtime and horrible support. Try hostgator its similarly priced and I haven't had any issues in the past year except for the SSH not working at one point but they fixed it pretty fast.

Am going to ask for a refund from bluehost too. Recently am trying hosting from namecheap with top notch live support. Would like to go with namecheap for sure.

As to hostgator, they asked for photo id verification which I don't like at all. Never want to give out my personal info to anybody.

    However thanks for your suggestion.

Why recommend hostgator when they are basically the same company as bluehost?

Plenty of hosting offers in the marketplace on this site and you will get far better support.

EIG has a bad reputation, generally speaking.

Have read up a lot with people cancelling with bluehost. Really does seem like they have gone downhill in terms of being a good company at one point.

That ship sailed 3 - 4 years ago at least.

OP, take a look at Powerup Hosting... they provide a really fast hosting product and, although a little more expensive than the EIG crowd, are worth it.

Yup, Bloggers like Shoutmeloud too wrote a article, which they were faced with Bluehost. Every body try to improve their service to attract their customer but here it was reversed.

    Kind Regards
