    oh, i got you. yes. include a terms of use and privacy policy.

    google has an entire part of their quality score based on trust worthiness. the more trusting you appear, the better.

    There's no harm in trying. Just put it there in open at least it will amp up the trustiness factor for your users if search engines won't recognize it.

    Don't know about ranking but it's very useful to have. If you have Adsense or driving traffic from Facebook ads etc you need it. I use iubenda. Great tool.

    I keep hearing over and over again that having a Privacy Policy and ToC page on your site guarantees Adsense approval by 100%.

    Nah, you have been hearing bullshit.
    But of course, it makes your website look way more legit, so yeah, it probably helps alot if you include these. Same for legal notice I guess

    In case if you are in the EU, and wants to go with Google Andense than yes! It is now mandatory to mention your policies especially if you are going to set cookies. Just try to Google, EU cookie policy compliance and you will find a lot of information there.
