Found this niche that seemed really under-exploited, google keyword tool says several good keywords are getting tens of millions of searches per month, with low competition (only 1 of the keywords even shows an ad on the SERP). But when I looked up the top sites from the SERP on Alexa they're all ranked around 2,000,000 with about 0.00005% traffic. I don't really know what that percentage translates to in actual visitor numbers, but it seems really low to me for #1-#5 result for keywords getting tens of millions of searches. What do you think?

D'awh, poor thing. You still believe Alexa rank is trustworthy...

Are you using broad or exact match?

Well yes I know Alexa is reputed to be unreliable, but everyone says the same thing about all other tools I know of as well, I'm not sure how to get better information.

I used both broad and exact, actually exact match is only a couple million, still a lot though i think

Well, unless we know what the keyword is, we can't tell.

So the best I can do is giving you a good luck wish.
