Just came across the template site templatemonster and Im wondering if theres any way to get good free ones out there like that (rapidshare ect) or a GOOD site to get premium themes.

Template Monster's templates are spilled all over the Internet for Free. All you have to do is just use the Template Number and search in Google with "+rapidshare". You will get it!
