So I had several accounts Temp Blocked for 3 days after 450 Follows +900 Likes.
Then after 40 Follows +80 Likes Temp Blocked for 3 more days.
I paused all accts for 36 hours.
Now after 2 Follows + 4 Likes Temp Blocked yet again for 2 days.

The delays are 30-90seconds, with automation interval of 10-30minutes, 4-8 follows per each round.

Obviously my accounts were marked for the 450 follows. It seems anything I do gets a block. How long do I have to let the accounts cool down? A week?

I should add, the accts were sufficiently warming up to 450 Follows daily over a month, but due to some glitches in FollowLiker and MassPlanner, there were days where the minimum was never hit - ie some accts only followed 60 users some days and not 450... Very hard to tell which accts are meeting the minimum and which are not... I guess, now I know. :(

Could you post a daily or weekly like/follow stats? You can't just go from 60 to 450 without problems. If it was 400, then you went to 450 and got temp block, go back to 400 for some time.

Wait three days and then change out the emails on the accounts and then try again, see if that works and let me know. Sometimes you may have to wait up to a week. When you get the accounts working again your better off finding the limits and staying 50 to 100 back from them to avoid this problem.

Every 3-4 days 100 accts were nudged upward with follows and likes (see below). Now only 85 are still maintaining 450 a day. When I checked the Follow/Like Stats of some accts, they were not meeting the minimum of the week -it was bizarre because all accts have exact same settings. Then when I found several ways to fix the problem - it may have been a bad thing, because now some accts were following 450 when they weren't even close the previous week.

    25-75
    65-150
    130-225
    200-300
    275-350
    325-400
    375-500

Is a week a good amount of time for cool off and start from beginning ie: 25-60 follows? Too Long? Too Short?

Usually, after getting blocked I wait one more day before starting and when I start, I start slow and I haven't had any issues. There are strange things happening. I have accounts which have like 10k+ and have lower limits than accounts at 7k.

So I guess you can't really give an "overall valid"/general advice, since every account behaves differently. Try waiting a bit more after getting blocked, maybe that helps. You maybe thought that the "ban" was over, but in fact it wasn't.

Good Advice. In MassPlanner I just put all the problem accounts into a special tag. I may wait 10 days then treat them as brand new accts with slow warmups 1-15 follows/likes a day, ramping them up extra slowly

Let me know, it may still work but I have not tried that in a long time.
