How is it possible to dynamically change telephone numbers on a website depending on the searcher's location? For example, if a searcher comes from Dallas, I want the website to show a Dallas number. How can I do this?

You'd need a geolocation script, I believe. Once the script identifies the location of the IP, you can have it display a specific number for that particular area.

You may be able to find a script that will work "out of the box" to accomplish this, otherwise you will need to have one custom coded.

Some sites go further for conversion tracking... It typically costs around $300 to get a block of 100 toll free numbers. Some sites will assign a phone number to your website session so if you complete by phone they can track the conversion to the right ad campaigns. This is typically done when there is a high likelihood that shoppers will want to convert by phone... high priced or complicated ordering...etc.
