Sorry if this is a stupid question and its probably been asked many times.

All these social grow sites where you can buy likes etc how are they done? do they literally have thousands of accounts logged in or is there a way to do this yourself?

Im trying to generate likes, reactions etc

It’s not stupid question, it’s a curious one.
The answers is , yes they have a lot of accounts . The providers built their own bots to generate accounts , profile pictures etc.

So this process it’s distributed to resellers that use api with the same accounts haha, it’s a business. A good business but requires a lot of work (development talking) to make the bots , and all the other required stuff that I will not mention now, it’s not my business but I was at the beginning a huge reseller and this kind of websites helped me before to keep my head focus and make some money so it deserves the secret.

Thousands of accounts are logged in and doing the likes/activities but all in automation.
