I haven't heard of any, but telegram has a good API for bots, so if the telegram chat allows bots to log in (IIRC telegram bots have a bot identification so not all groups allow) scraping the content from telegram should be straight forward. Then you just need a way to post to twitter, most bots offer a way to automatically insert tweets.

I wanna post content from my own channel. Currently I'm using ifttt but it doesn't work the way I want (like it includes the link of channel at end of every message).
