Telegram SEO Advice (channel ranking)

Hello.
After the last update in September, many channels/groups have been removed from telegram search and the SEO (search) algorithm has changed (some keywords have also been banned).
Before, it was enough to create a group/channel and add users, and the channel would rise in ranking. Now even by opening a channel, it doesn't even appear in the search results..
Any expert in telegram SEO who can give advice on how to make channels appear in search and make them rise in ranking?

Visibility has become trickier on this platform To improve ranking, focus on unique keywords accompanied to consistent engagement, relevant content, and gradually build authentic followers.
 
If anyone knows how to create channels and make them appear in search + ranking, I'm willing to give a reward

No, I am interested in making the channels appear in the internal telegram search and make them increase in ranking. If anyone can help me, write me a message or your contact
 
List it on telegram directorys such as https://groupfind.org or https://tlgrm.eu . It wont fix the search problem but it will let your channel grow organically from search traffic
