I bought the scripts so here is my review:
The scripts are 3: one for scrape, one for add member in the group and one for add in a channel.
I was able to scrape 7000 username/id in a few minutes.
I was able to add 200 members in a group, within few hours with 3 accounts (After they got action block).
The adding in channel script didn't work, even me and OP were in a TeamView, we couldn't find a solution so I'm not sure this work at least for me.
In the setup guide that was provided, there was no instruction about How to keep the accounts safe (think OP have to add it), in order to avoid block and suspension, because, after few uses, my accounts were not able again to add member in groups anymore (blocks might last for 24-48h, not a lot of time, but enough time lost and you can prevent this by playing with speed).
OP is available on Telegram and the forum in order the help to solve the problem.

The 200 add limit is the reason IMers didn't invade telegram yet. Some bots managed to add more people with 15-30 sec delay between adds. I don't know if it still works. Is there any scrape limit too?

There is no scrape limit. I scraped 20k members and still good.
