You should definitely stop using Telegram or at least issue a serious warning about Telegram when it comes to sales matters. It would be helpful if people sent you screenshots from Telegram through BlackHatWorld to confirm whether they've spoken to you. If you mention this in your thread, many people could avoid being scammed.

In every thread the same story, stop using TG.
Why?
Use some common sense, do not do business with someone you do not trust.
If your mother gets TG will you be like "sorry mum I do not use TG".
No you would not.
Why?
Because you trust her.
It's not Telegram, it's common sense people are lacking, stop looking at the symptoms and start looking at the cause for god's sake.

Think of it this way: for example, you start talking through Telegram, and the buyer wants to notify you that they sent the payment via a private message on BHW. They send you a private message on your BHW profile to confirm the payment. Then, you continue the conversation on Telegram and deliver the service smoothly. A week later, if the buyer deletes all the messages from Telegram and denies receiving the service, filing a complaint, how will you prove yourself? Telegram is actually a very big risk.

Don’t do business over tg bro. Same goes for whatsapp. Only do business over chat clients where they
1) know your phone number or something that is hard to fake.
2) cannot delete/edit your chat.
bhw is one of those. You will not be able to change anything after 30 mins or so.

For scamming someone. I understand why someone would not have a bst. Sometimes you don’t want too many clients, especially if you are selling high ticket stuff. But I cannot think of another reason why one has to speak over tg instead of bhw pm. Ok it may be some super popular website that the buyer doesn’t wanna reveal, but it should be the buyer who should decide where (s)he wants to communicate, not the freelancer.
Seriously, get this straight people. Don’t do risky business on tg and come to bhw complaining please.

The Telegram scams have escalated beyond any imaginable level. Scammers delete chats, modify/change their usernames, and on top of everything else, they are the ones claiming to be the actual victims.
Telegram should be used (if it's truly that user-friendly to people) only for task/job discussions *after* the job has been agreed upon and stated via BHW PM.
