    Hello

I make around 15-20 tier 2 links to each tier 1.

What is more important make as many Tier 1 (web 2.0 blogs) or make as many tier 2 (web 2.0 profiles) I also do tier 3 (social bookmarking)?

Because i make a lot of tier 2 for each tier 1, but maybe i need to reduce tier 2 and make and use these resources for more tier 1.

    Thanks !!

Just make many (as many as you can) quality Tier 2 for your Tier 1 just to power it up..
For Tier 1 I make web 2.0 (as many as I can but I drip feed it), high PR bookmarking, high PR profile submission and social signals.. Anyways try anything and find your own method (what works for you)..

    Goodluck!

Your tier 2 links should be higher in number than your tier 1 links and your tier 3 links should be higher in number than your tier 2 links.

For Tier 1 you've to use really quality backlinks, so you can't find this amounth if you want to do a lot of tier 1.
Tier 1 backlinks are few, instead the Tier 2 have to be really more and with less quality. For the Tier 3 you've to use mass crap links.

Do not separate the type of the backlinks in that manner. You need a good amount of Tier1 web2 blogs (hopefuly You use unique, human writen, never used before content AND have 2-5 publications per blog with just one or two of them linking to the site), some PBN bublications, few HQ social bookmarks, some wiki articles (put A LOT of other related links in Your wiki articles). Push Your Tier1 with all sources available (exc. blog comments, trackbacks and other low quality sources) and same for Tier2.

I doubt most people on here are doing tiered link building like they are explaining. This method is very inefficient. You are better of using tiers of high PR links. The numbers you are talking about are WAY too low to make any kind of real different in the power of your T1 web 2.0's.
