Okay, so I'm using my VPS with Remote Desktop Connection right now, but it seems to crash always one in a while, so I have to wait a little bit for it to connect again. I'm not sure if this has to do with "RDC" or maybe my VPS.

Anyways, what are your opinion on TeamViewer and RDC? Are there really any difference between those? I tried to google it, but I couldn't find any real answers, so I decided to ask you :)

Please tell me your opinions and why.

    Thanks,

    Twixx :)

    (BTW, I'm using BermanHosting.)

Okay, I don't know what VPS hosting you're using, but do you know if Berman has some problems at the moment?

In windows you will need to enable "allow remote assistance connections to this computer" and you will need to set a windows password too. I am not using berman's vps.

Team Viewer will use slight more memory, essentially they do the same thing team viewer does have more options but honestly for a VPS I don't think you would need any of the team viewer's extra functions.

You should be fine with RDP only no to mention that all windows have the client by default so you would be able to access your server from anywhere if you allow it from the server.

    UPDATE:
Also keep in my you can customize the connection on both, RDP and team viewer to gain either performance or quality make sure you tune that for your needs.
