If you earn more than the tax free amount you'll have to pay taxes. I think its about 7500€ / Year

    Hi mayonaise,

i am from germany too. I pay tax for all income what comes on my bank account / paypal account. But i must say that i have a main business here too.

The best is, search you a tax man and ask him for this.

When you make some bucks per year you can go for a small commercial.

Here is a link for this (sorry guys, it's a german link)

    Code:
    http://www.gewerbe-anmelden.info/kleingewerbe/steuern.html
When you assuming much more as this, you should go to a international tax office. They can avoid that you must pay the VAT, when the money is coming from non EU countries :)

When you are over the small commercial conditions but earning not enough for a international tax office, then you can go to a normal tax man too, but you must pay VAT to all income you have.

Overall go better to a tax office and inform you :)

But you can do all methods from BHW first, see how it goes and then you can recapture all income, when it is worth :)

But in the moment you build a business with a transparent trade (Gewerbeschein) you must pay tax on all.

    Hope i could help you.

    Regards,
    Manuel

Has somebody made experience with living in Germany and opening a offshore company?
