Tax Question ? EPN USA Acc For South East Asia Man

hi all, i'm looking to buy several epn acc ( usa or canada ) but i'm living in south asia .. i'm a little confuse as how the tax information in each account fill ? i know that you have to report your income if you earned more CMIIW than $600 a year ...

can somebody fill me up ... thanks

i wonder as how to fill W-8EN / W-9 ( hope i got the right code ).. cos the epn acc i purchase is under other people name right ? even though i request payment via paypal ... i'm afraid it will cause an issue on a future date....

I have this issue too. Actually I am in the US but I just purchased several accounts that I want to give relatives in China. The accounts I have were created in the US with US names/addresses. Since there is no SSN/EIN in China I am thinking I will just keep the names on the accounts and change addresses to China. If they question I will say I moved to China. It's not like they can find out what my relatives' bank account owners' names are in China anyway. What do you think about this plan? I will let everyone if I'm banned or not next month.

I am from southeastasia and I take the safe route -- I think. Proxies/VPN and valid corp and some valid SSN's that I buy.

The problem is firstly how do you get payment? If you ask for payment via paypal, and your paypal account is not in the usa, then you will have problems. If you ask for payment via a bank account in the USA then essentially you're a usa resident earning money and then you have to declare it with a W9
