I have verified skrill account. I'm from India. I trade forex and I have a couple of questions.

    1) If I receive a payment into my Skrill account, is it held in an Indian bank account which belongs to Skrill? (If this is the case, I wouldn't be able to trade forex legally from India because we're not allowed to use funds of Indian origin to trade forex. )

    2) When am I liable to pay taxes on any funds I receive into my Skrill account balance? Is it after I receive money into my account or only after I withdraw it into an Indian bank account?
